Cacao Nibs

These nibs come from the cacao beans that we import form the Oko Caribe cacao processing and purchasing organization in the Dominican Republic. These small pieces of cacao bean are roasted to perfection in our North Truro factory. Nibs are well known as an exceptional superfood with more antioxidants by weight than any other food, and are also redolent with healing vitamins and minerals.

Cacao nibs are useful in a variety of recipes and also popular on top of smoothies or acai bowls. Get some to make your own raw chocolate treats at home!
